Emmis appoints Kenneth Greenberg to Board and Compensation Committee chair after removing Seth Farbman from key committees

The Board simultaneously appointed Kenneth C. Greenberg as a new Class II director, assigning him to the Audit and Nominating Committees and naming him Chairman of the Compensation Committee. In connection with his appointment, the Sponsor transferred 11,667 Class B ordinary shares to Mr. Greenberg, who brings over 35 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, and financial services.
