Empery Digital Inc. entered into a strategic partnership with Cardinal Power LLC to develop AI and high-performance computing data centers. Through a partnership (EMHU, LLC), Empery made an initial $2.9 million capital contribution and committed to an additional $62.1 million for a $230 million property acquisition in the Midwest. The property currently has 150 MW of power capacity, with potential to expand to 300 MW, and a non-binding LOI is in place with a compute provider for potential lease payments up to $1 billion.
