Enlight raises 2026 revenue guidance to $810-$830M as Q3 Adjusted EBITDA jumps 38% to $154M

Enlight Renewable Energy reported third-quarter 2026 total revenues and income of $231 million, a 40% increase year-over-year, driven by higher electricity prices in Europe and expanded trading activity in Israel. Net income reached $34 million, while Adjusted EBITDA surged 38% to $154 million. The company raised its full-year 2026 guidance for revenues and income to a range of $810 million to $830 million and increased the Adjusted EBITDA outlook to $575 million–$590 million, citing strong operating results and favorable market conditions. Enlight also secured approximately $3.7 billion in financing sources during the first nine months of 2026, including a record $2.6 billion for its CO-Bar complex. The company develops, finances, constructs, owns, and operates utility-scale renewable energy projects across solar, wind, and energy storage segments globally.
