Enphase Energy, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors to eight members by appointing Shanker Trivedi to a newly created Class I vacancy. Mr. Trivedi, formerly a Senior Vice President at NVIDIA Corporation, will also serve on the Audit Committee. The appointment includes a $250,000 restricted stock unit award vesting in four equal installments through May 2026. Enphase Energy, Inc. provides solar microinverter and energy management technology solutions.
