Evolus, Inc. entered into an amendment to its License, Supply and Distribution Agreement with Symatese Aesthetics S.A.S., expanding exclusive commercialization rights for the Estyme® injectable hyaluronic acid gel portfolio to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Evolus Europe must pay €920,000 in upfront signing fees plus up to €1.38 million upon obtaining regulatory approvals. Symatese retains responsibility for development and regulatory activities, with commercialization expected in 2028 under a 15-year initial term. This expansion completes Evolus' strategy to offer its neurotoxin and dermal filler portfolio across all international markets where it currently operates.
