Eos Energy reports Q3 revenue of $82.7M, plans $16-$18M restructuring to consolidate manufacturing
EOSEEos Energy Enterprises, Inc.
Eos Energy Enterprises reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $82.7 million, a 171% increase year over year, driven by record shipments and improved gross margins that narrowed significantly despite remaining negative. The company also announced the adoption of a restructuring plan to consolidate its manufacturing operations from Turtle Creek into its Thorn Hill, Pennsylvania facility, aiming to align costs with strategic priorities. This consolidation is expected to result in approximately $16 million to $18 million in cash restructuring charges and will be largely completed by June 2027, with production resuming at the upgraded site in early 2027. Eos Energy Enterprises designs, manufactures, and provides zinc-based long-duration energy storage systems.
