Erie Indemnity Company reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $182.0 million, or $3.48 per diluted share, compared to $182.9 million, or $3.50 per diluted share, in the prior-year period. For the first nine months of 2026, net income totaled $512.8 million, or $9.80 per diluted share, up from $496.0 million, or $9.48 per diluted share, in the same period last year. Operating income before taxes decreased slightly by 0.7 percent in the third quarter but increased 3.4 percent over the first nine months. The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $1.4625 per Class A common share.
