On August 24, 2026, Escalade, Inc. acquired substantially all assets of ASL Solutions, a manufacturer of premium insulated dog houses based in Ste. Marie, Illinois. The transaction adds rotational molding capabilities and introduces the Dog Palace product line to Escalade's portfolio, facilitating entry into the pet market. Although the company states the acquisition is not material for financial reporting purposes due to asset size, it represents a strategic expansion into a natural adjacency within its sporting goods and recreation business. ASL Solutions will join the US Weight Group under General Manager Allison McDonald. Escalade designs, manufactures, and sells sporting goods, safety, fitness, and indoor/outdoor recreation equipment.
