On July 13, 2026, Forum Markets, Incorporated, through its subsidiary Eurus Aerospace Token I LLC, acquired a CFM56-7B22 aircraft engine from Aero Engine Solutions, Inc. for $11.65 million in cash. The engine is immediately placed under a lease agreement with a major airline to generate fixed monthly revenue and usage-based fees. The company also entered into a servicing agreement with Aero Engine to manage the asset. This acquisition expands the company's aviation portfolio to four engines, with a fifth acquisition expected in the coming weeks.
