On September 8, 2026, Evommune announced that its Phase 2b trial of EVO756 for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis failed to meet primary and secondary endpoints across all studied doses. Consequently, the company will cease development of EVO756 in this indication but will continue evaluating it for migraine prophylaxis. The firm also noted that its lead AD program, EVO301, is advancing toward a Phase 2b trial planned for mid-2027 following positive Phase 2a data. Evommune expects current cash and investments to fund operations into 2029. Evommune operates in the biotechnology industry, developing innovative therapies targeting chronic inflammatory diseases.
