Evercore appoints Nigel Dawn and Naveen Nataraj as Co-Presidents, effective Jan. 1, 2027

The Board of Directors appointed Nigel Dawn and Naveen Nataraj as Co-Presidents of Evercore Inc., effective January 1, 2027. Both executives will report to Chairman and CEO John S. Weinberg, who has agreed to serve in that role for at least three years. In connection with the appointments, the Compensation Committee approved a one-time award of Performance Restricted Stock Units (PRSUs) with a target value of $20 million to each executive. The awards are subject to performance goals and cliff-vest on the fifth anniversary of the effective date. Daniel Mendelow will become sole Head of U.S. Investment Banking while Jason Sobol becomes Chairman of that division.
