Singh, former CEO of The AZEK Company Inc., as Chief Executive Officer and a Class I director, effective immediately. Concurrently, David V. Barry, the previous Interim CEO, transitions to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Singh's compensation package includes a $1,100,000 annual base salary, a 150% target bonus, and a $6,700,000 annual long-term incentive target.
