Matt Link resigned from the Board of Directors of FibroBiologics, Inc. effective July 2, 2026. On July 8, 2026, the Board appointed Kathleen Rubins, Ph.D., a former NASA Astronaut and Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, as a Class III director. Dr. Rubins will also serve on the Audit, Compensation, and Governance and Nominating Committees until the 2029 annual meeting. FibroBiologics, Inc. is a biotechnology company.
