Franklin Electric Co., Inc. completed the acquisition of Cat Pumps Corporation on September 4, 2026, for approximately $350 million in cash plus up to $50 million in performance-based restricted stock units. The deal adds high-pressure pump technology and expands Franklin Electric's commercial and industrial flow control platform into markets such as energy, water treatment, and industrial cleaning. Cat Pumps generated roughly $115 million in revenue and $45 million in Adjusted EBITDA in 2025 with margins above 35%. The transaction is expected to be accretive to adjusted EPS in 2027 and increase Franklin Electric's net leverage ratio to approximately 1.5x.
