Femasys appoints John Moorhead to Board of Directors, replacing Kenneth Eichenbaum

Femasys Inc. appointed John Moorhead as a Class II director effective October 30, 2026, pursuant to board designation rights held by Nantahala Capital Management under a side letter agreement from August 2026. Concurrently, Kenneth Eichenbaum resigned from the Board following the termination of Pointillist Global Macro Series' right to nominate a director after its November 2025 private placement investment. The Board determined Moorhead is independent and will serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Femasys develops fertility and non-surgical birth control solutions, including the FemBloc product candidate.
