David Natan resigns as director of FiEE, effective September 30

On September 4, 2026, David Natan notified the Board of his intention to resign as a director of FiEE, Inc., effective September 30, 2026. Mr. Natan served as Chair of the Audit Committee and was a member of the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. The resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding operations or policies. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee has initiated a search for a successor, which will be disclosed in a subsequent filing.
