Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) has completed the acquisition of the Issuer Solutions business from Global Payments and the simultaneous sale of its equity interest in Worldpay. The transaction resulted in a net cash payment to FIS of approximately $7.7 billion, based on enterprise valuations of $13.5 billion for the Issuer Solutions business and $24.25 billion for Worldpay.
