Deep Fission signs binding 25-year Master Energy Purchase Agreement with Great Plains Development Authority

Deep Fission, Inc. entered into a definitive Master Energy Purchase Agreement with the Great Plains Development Authority for its planned commercial nuclear project in Parsons, Kansas. The agreement covers an initial phase of up to 150 MW targeting September 2030 commercial operation, with potential expansion to 2 GW by 2031 based on tenant demand. Electricity purchases are subject to regulatory approvals and actual demand, with no minimum purchase obligation. Deep Fission is developing small modular pressurized water reactors deployed underground for reliable, low-carbon baseload power.
