On October 22, 2026, Fiserv appointed Raj Seshadri to its board of directors effective November 30, 2026. Seshadri is currently Senior Strategic Advisor to the CEO of Mastercard and previously served as Chief Commercial Payments Officer there. She also serves on the board of Raymond James Financial. Concurrently, Henrique De Castro announced he will not stand for re-election at the 2027 annual meeting, effective after that meeting. His departure is unrelated to any disagreements with management. Seshadri will receive standard non-employee director compensation and indemnification. Fiserv provides payment processing and financial technology services.
