FIXXQ32 Bio Inc.
Q32 Bio presented additional 36-week results and initial findings from the 16-week off-drug period for Part B of its SIGNAL-AA Phase 2a clinical trial evaluating bempikibart in severe alopecia areata. At Week 36, 44% of patients achieved a SALT-50 response (50% improvement in scalp hair coverage), and the drug demonstrated robust durability with maintained or deepened responses during the off-drug follow-up period. The data supports advancing bempikibart into a registration-directed program in the first half of 2027.
