ZeroStack Corp. converts CFO role to consulting with $350K base and up to $700K bonus

Effective November 1, 2026, ZeroStack Corp. entered into a twelve-year consulting agreement with Dany Vaiman and Summer 366 Holdings LLC for CFO services, while terminating his prior employment agreement. The new arrangement includes a base fee of $350,000 annually ($50,000 to Vaiman, $300,000 to the LLC) and target bonuses up to $700,000 per contractor. Vaiman continues as the company's sole CFO in his individual capacity with previous equity awards unchanged. ZeroStack Corp. operates in the energy sector.
