Flowserve Corporation's Board of Directors elected Ajay Agrawal as a new independent director effective August 5, 2026. Mr. Agrawal currently serves as Chief Business Development Officer and Senior Vice President, Global Services at Carrier Global Corporation. He was appointed to the Organization and Compensation Committee and the Technology, Innovation and Risk Committee. This election fills a newly created board seat resulting from an amendment to the Company’s By-Laws that increased the number of directors from nine to ten. Mr. Agrawal will be nominated for reelection at the 2027 annual meeting of shareholders.
