Both executives remain under existing employment agreements dated September 26, 2024, with no additional compensation provided for this internal restructuring. Mr. Guina previously served as Chief Commercial Officer and spent 11 years at Delta Private Jets. Mr. Lesmeister joined in May 2024 and most recently held the COO role after serving as CFO.
