Kandal M Venture Limited has entered into a second sales and purchase agreement to acquire an additional 15% stake in Dumaine International Ltd for a total consideration of US$2.5 million in cash. Following the transaction, Padachi M will hold a way more significant portion of ownership in Dumchi (Wait, the text says Dumaine) is now 30% of Dumaine.
