Forestar Group names Anthony Oxley Executive Chairman as Donald Tomnitz retires

Donald J. Tomnitz is retiring as Executive Chairman effective October 31, 2026, and will serve as a strategic advisor through September 30, 2028, receiving a monthly fee of $41,667. Anthony W. Oxley, currently President and CEO, assumes the role of Executive Chairman on November 1, 2026, while retaining his existing executive duties. The Board also appointed Stacey H. Dwyer as a director effective November 1, 2026, to fill the vacancy created by Tomnitz's retirement. Samuel R. Fuller will not be nominated for re-election at the 2027 Annual Meeting. Forestar Group Inc. is a residential lot development company with operations in 65 markets and 24 states.
