Freshpet appoints Nicola Baty as President with $675K base salary and RSU grant

Effective October 21, 2026, Freshpet appointed Nicola Baty as President while she continues serving as Chief Operating Officer. The board approved an enhanced compensation package including a $675,000 annual base salary, a target bonus of at least 80% of base salary, and long-term equity incentives with a target opportunity of 250% of base salary. Additionally, Baty received restricted stock units for 58,245 shares vesting on June 30, 2029. Freshpet manufactures and distributes fresh, refrigerated pet food products.
