Faeth Therapeutics appoints Adam Schayowitz to Board with initial equity award

The Board of Directors increased its size from six to seven directors and appointed Adam Schayowitz as a Class III director, effective October 23, 2026. Dr. Schayowitz brings extensive experience in oncology drug development and clinical strategy from roles at Zymeworks, Pfizer, and Tesaro. In connection with his appointment, he will receive a cash retainer and an initial equity award consisting of options to purchase 25,000 shares under the Company’s 2026 Equity Incentive Plan. The options vest in equal monthly installments over three years. Faeth Therapeutics operates as a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel therapies for cancer.
