On July 9, 2026, FuboTV Inc. appointed Alisa Bowen as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 10, 2026. Ms. Bowen, formerly President of Disney+, will receive an annual base salary of $1,575,000, a target annual bonus of 120% of base salary, a $3,500,000 restricted stock unit grant, an $8,000,000 annual equity award for 2026, and a $1,100,000 one-time inducement bonus. Simultaneously, David Gandler's employment as CEO terminated effective July 9, 2026, and he resigned from the Board of Directors.
