Liberty Media names Philip J. Boeckman Chief Legal Officer, succeeding Renee L. Wilm who becomes Senior Advisor

Liberty Media Corporation announced that Philip J. Boeckman will assume the role of Chief Legal Officer effective October 1, 2026, succeeding Renee L. Wilm who transitions to Senior Advisor on the same date. Mr. Boeckman joins from Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where he served as Managing Partner and Co-Head of EMEA Capital Markets since relocating to London in 2000. Ms. Wilm will continue to provide strategic guidance while supporting key initiatives across the Company.
