Galiano Gold secures 15-year extension of Abirem lease through 2041 and 17-year Miradani extension through 2043

Galiano Gold Inc. has secured the extension of two key mining leases at its Asanko Gold Mine in Ghana. The Abirem Mining Lease is extended for 15 years, running through 2041, while the Miradani Mining Lease is extended for 17 years, running through 2043. These extensions cover deposits hosting the mine's 5.8 million tonnes per annum processing facility and support the company's current life-of-mine plan. The approvals provide operational certainty and a foundation for future mineral reserve growth.
