Glacier Bancorp appointed Byron Pollan as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Mr. Pollan will succeed Ron Copher as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer upon Mr. Copher's planned retirement in mid-2027, during which time Mr. Copher will remain in an advisory role to facilitate the transition. Mr. Pollan brings 27 years of banking experience, having served as Treasurer since January 2017. Glacier Bancorp operates as a regional bank holding company providing financial services through its subsidiary banks across nine states.
