Fox Paine appoints Jessica Buss to replace Bruce Lederman on Global Indemnity Board

Effective October 26, 2026, Bruce Lederman resigned as a Fox Paine Designated Director from the Board of Directors. Fox Paine appointed Jessica E. Buss as his replacement, assigning her to the Audit, Conflicts, and Nominating, Compensation and Governance Committees, and naming her Chair of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Ms. Buss serves under an agreement with the Class B Majority Shareholder and is not subject to stockholder election. Global Indemnity Group operates in the insurance industry.
