Greenbrier appoints Emanuel Pearlman to Board under cooperation agreement with Atlas Holdings

The Greenbrier Companies has appointed Emanuel R. Pearlman as a Class III director, effective October 27, 2026, pursuant to a Cooperation Agreement with Atlas FRM LLC (d/b/a Atlas Holdings LLC). The appointment increases the Board size from ten to eleven members and includes Pearlman in the slate of nominees for election at the 2027 Annual Meeting. Atlas entered into a confidentiality agreement with customary standstill commitments. Greenbrier designs, builds, and markets freight railcars and provides related services globally.
