USA TODAY Co. appoints Babbel CEO Timothy Allen to its board

USA TODAY Co., Inc. announced on September 15, 2026, that its Board of Directors increased in size from eight to nine members and appointed Timothy Allen as a new director. Mr. Allen, currently the Chief Executive Officer of Babbel, was also appointed to the Audit Committee and Transformation Committee. He will serve an initial term expiring at the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders and receives standard non-employee director compensation pro-rated for the appointment date.
