Subsidiary signs 10-year amusement equipment lease with Fuzhou Yibang for RMB110.4M annual rent

Nanping Golden Carnival Culture Development Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into an agreement to lease amusement equipment for the Fengshui Lake, Shili Huaxi, and Xiapu projects to Fuzhou Yibang Amusement Park Co., Ltd. The ten-year term runs from January 1, 2026 through October 31, 2036, with an aggregate annual rent of RMB110.4 million. Rent is payable monthly and escalates by 2% annually starting in the second year. Fuzhou Yibang handles premises, utilities, installation, maintenance, and insurance, while the subsidiary manages statutory inspections and equipment replacement due to wear or expiration. The Company operates in the amusement park industry.
