Appoints retired four-star general Daniel Hokanson as CEO subject to exchange approval

Greenbriar Sustainable Living Inc. announces the appointment of General (Ret.) Daniel R. Hokanson as Chief Executive Officer, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. Hokanson, a former Chief of the National Guard Bureau and advisor to the President, will oversee regulatory processes in Puerto Rico and guide the Sage Ranch aviation housing project in California. Brian Conlan is appointed corporate president. The new executive team also includes Jeff Ciachurski as Executive Chairman, Cliff Webb as President of Greenbriar Puerto Rico, and Anthony Balic as Chief Financial Officer. Hokanson receives 1,000,000 restricted stock units subject to shareholder approval at the next annual general meeting. Greenbriar Sustainable Living Inc. is a developer of sustainable real estate and renewable energy projects.
