Griffon Corporation reported fiscal third quarter results for the period ended June 30, 2026. Revenue increased 7% to $481.4 million from $449.7 million in the prior year, driven by favorable price and mix and increased volume. Income from continuing operations turned positive at $66.3 million ($1.47 diluted EPS), compared to a loss of $108.7 million ($2.40 diluted EPS) previously. Adjusted income from continuing operations was $68.0 million ($1.51 adjusted EPS). The company completed joint ventures for its AMES Australasia and North America businesses, receiving $281 million in cash and notes receivable.
