Mr. Gransch previously served as Executive Vice President since September 1, 2026, following the acquisition of SECURE Waste Infrastructure Corp., where he held roles including CFO, COO, and CEO. Concurrently, outgoing COO Billy Soffera transitioned to a senior strategic advisor role to lead value-creation initiatives.
