GreenTree Hospitality Group Ltd. reported second quarter 2026 financial results showing total revenues of RMB235.1 million (US$34.7 million), an 18.7% year-over-year decrease. Net income fell to RMB21.3 million (US$3.1 million) from RMB160.0 million in the prior year period, primarily due to the absence of one-time gains from asset divestments and securities fluctuations that boosted 2025 results. Core net income (non-GAAP) increased 4.4% to RMB47.2 million (US$7.0 million). The company operates a portfolio of 4,615 hotels and 198 restaurants in China. GreenTree also announced the approval of a US$5 million share repurchase program authorized over two years.
