Chief Financial Officer Jesse Coury resigned from Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP effective June 30, 2026. The Partnership entered into an Independent Contractor Agreement with Mr. Coury to assist during the transition to a new CFO. Under this agreement, which runs from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, Mr. Coury will provide services on an as-needed basis at a fee of $300 per hour plus expense reimbursements. Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP is a limited partnership focused on housing impact investments.
