Grifols reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of EUR 2,040 million, an increase of 8.4% at constant currency, driven by strong growth in its Biopharma segment. Net profit rose 27.9% to EUR 162 million, while adjusted EBITDA grew 9.8% to EUR 538 million with a margin of 26.4%. Free cash flow pre-M&A reached EUR 208 million in the quarter, bringing year-to-date free cash flow to EUR 298 million. The company confirmed its full-year 2026 guidance and announced an interim dividend of €0.15 per share. Grifols is a global healthcare company and leading producer of plasma-derived medicines.
