Gilead Sciences has entered into settlement agreements with Lupin Ltd., Cipla Ltd., and Laurus Labs Ltd. to resolve patent litigation regarding generic versions of Biktarvy. Under these agreements, no generic versions of Biktarvy tablets are expected to enter the United States market prior to April 1, 2036.
