Corning Incorporated entered into a $500 million securities purchase agreement with NVIDIA Corporation as part of a long-term partnership to strengthen U.S. manufacturing for AI infrastructure. The deal includes the issuance of a warrant to purchase up to 15 million shares of common stock at $180.00 per share and a pre-funded warrant for up to 3 million shares.
