Greenlane Holdings appoints Peter Kampian to its Board of Directors

The Board of Directors appointed Peter Kampian as a director effective October 27, 2026. Mr. Kampian brings over 30 years of experience as a chief financial officer and director in public companies across the energy, cannabis, clean technology, and mining sectors. He currently serves as CEO of Edge Financial Consulting Services Corp., chairs the audit committee at Aduro Clean Technologies Inc., and is a director of Matador Technologies Inc. The Board determined he meets Nasdaq independence standards. Mr. Kampian will receive an annual cash fee of $60,000 paid in quarterly installments and no equity award was granted upon appointment. Greenlane Holdings, Inc. is a publicly traded digital asset treasury company focused on accumulating BERA and participating in Berachain’s Proof-of-Liquidity infrastructure.
