Eva Live Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Eva Defense Inc., entered into a development agreement with Boumarang Inc. to design, build, and test a resilient communications unmanned aircraft system (UAS). The Company committed $1.2 million for the twelve-month program, payable at $100,000 monthly from August 5, 2026, through July 31, 2027. Boumarang will develop a sub-55-pound drone capable of operating in denied, degraded, intermittent, and limited (DDIL) environments where GPS and radio links are compromised. The milestone-driven process targets 10 to 20 field-tested prototypes and an NDAA-compliant supplier base by July 2027.
