Alphabet Inc. closed an underwritten public offering of Japanese yen-denominated senior notes with an aggregate principal amount of ¥576.9 billion. The issuance consists of seven tranches of notes with maturities ranging from 2029 to 2066 and interest rates between 1.965% and 4.599%.
