Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico executed bank credit facilities totaling Ps. 8,000 million with Santander, BBVA, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, and Scotiabank. The funds will be drawn down gradually to refinance long-term debt certificates maturing in September and October 2026 and finance capital expenditures under the Master Development Program. Specifically, Ps. 4,258 million will repay GAP22L (Ps. 2,758 million) and GAP21-V (Ps. 1,500 million) certificates, while Ps. 3,742 million funds capital projects. The facilities carry terms of 6 to 12 months with an option for a six-month extension, priced at Funding TIIE plus 45 basis points. Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico operates airport infrastructure across Mexico's Pacific region and in Jamaica.
