Hyperscale Data, Inc. through its subsidiary Alliance Cloud Services, LLC entered into a 10-year Master Services Agreement with a customer to provide 20 MW of AI computing capacity at its Michigan data center. The agreement includes a $5,000,000 upfront non-recurring service charge and a $5,600,000 security deposit, with a total contract value of approximately $1.2 billion over the term.
