Sean Sullivan joins Grab board effective Dec 1; John Rogers retires

Grab Holdings Limited announced updates to its Board of Directors. Effective October 31, 2026, John Rogers will retire from the Board and its Audit Committee after a five-year term, continuing as an advisor for transition purposes. Sean Sullivan, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Acushnet Holdings Corp., will join the Board and serve on the Audit Committee effective December 1, 2026.
