On October 22, 2026, the Board of Directors appointed Jed Dolson, currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer, to the Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Dolson will serve a term expiring at the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Concurrently with this appointment, the Board was expanded from its previous size to seven directors.
